I had a 4 o’clock appointment and by 5:30. Nobody had contacted me to tell me that my car was done. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. That was poor service. I had to go complain before somebody came and found me and told me that my car was ready.

Nothing was said to me that the chevy bolt doesnt work with the now opened tesla chargers without a software update. So the adapter i have doesnt work, and not being able to charge at tesla stations is frustrating.

I have 20,000 miles on my 2024 Suburban and it had been leaking oil since the last oil change there, and didn’t register on dipstick without having to put oil in to get there safely. I got an appointment to change the oil and see what the problem was. I was informed when I got there that there was a recall regarding it which meant a different oil than was called out on motor was needed to be put in the suburban and no notice prior of a recall on this was sent to me. The steps to perform the recall were thankfully covered by the warranty. I was told it would take two hours which led to a 4-hour wait and had to go back to repairs to see what was going on. Meanwhile, the repair people said my air filter had to be replaced which is always a ploy with mechanics.and I’m not talking about the oil filter. I should have turned them down because it’s easy to blow out and replace yourself for what they charge. They charge $50 to take out and replace - wasn’t told the cost prior. I also asked Taylors to rotate the tires which Smiths would do without charge when purchasing there. Taylor charges $20 up to $30. You have to beware when coming here for service. Things add up quickly.

Jamie was great. He came and got our car but I needed the service guy to call my husband and he didn’t . I had to remind Jamie to har them call him because he had some concerns, then after those concerns my husband came by to drive the car with the service guy and show him what was wrong. Then after that we didn’t get any call or explanation of what was wrong with it . So the follow up from the service depart is not so good. But Jamie did a great job.

Scott Benfield was terrific. No pressure spent the time to go over everything. Very personable. Answered all questions. However, purchased a brand new 2026 Chevy Equinox then the next had to take it to Chevy dealership for the engine light being on. Now have wait for coolant pump part to arrive and wait for the repair. Wondering if Chevy was a good choice. The vehicle only has 250 miles on it. I'm sure Chevy will make it right. If not, thinking about the next step.

The service isn't so bad. The cost was, for me , extreme. I wish I had gone to Claire & Dee's for the oil pan gasket repair. It would have saved me $400. Too bad you don't price match or at least negotiate. In the future I'll have to be more careful who I go to!

I brought my vehicle in on Monday May 18 for an oil change and the check engine light was on. Friday May 22 I recieve a text message saying my vehicle is ready for pickup. No communication of any type regarding why the engine light was on or what needed done to correct it, odd but maybe it was a simple fix I don't know the message said it was ready. I asked my brother to pick the vehicle up on my behalf as I would be unable to do so myself. After paying what was owed he called to let me know I was charged a 95 dollar diagnostic fee because I didn't have the repair done and the person I needed to talk too wasn't there and wouldn't answer the phone. Well wait a minute, what repair? And where was the phone call or simple text message asking what I would like to have done? I get it's a busy place, but am I really expected to believe there was no time in four days to ask a simple question? Sure I could have called and asked for an update but first of all how am I supposed to know when you have answer for me? Second, who wants to be the annoying a**hole that constantly calls in asking if your done yet? And third calling the service department is a nightmare. I can't remember the last time I got someone to answer the phone. The last time I called in I was on hold for thirty minutes before someone picked the phone up and slammed it back down. The rest of the dealership is happy to take your call, but the only service related thing they can help you with is schedule one. I think it is the responsibility of the service department to notify the customer of what they found. This is the second time in a year I have had a poor experience with this service department. Three times I've been treated like I don't matter and my service needs are of trivial importance. So mission accomplished, I have learned my lesson. It has been made perfectly clear you don't need or want my business so I'll take the hint and go elsewhere.

The service folks were just fine, but the diagnosis seems to be incorrect. Jose (the service manager) has been working with me to solve what they thought was a defective sensor. Replaced it once, still getting the notice to On Star (which I am not currently subscribing to). Replaced a second sensor. Still having the same notice.

I took my truck in for an oil change. Before I got there. My truck through a code and went into reduced acceleration mode. The service department got my truck in and diagnosed the problem. This review is not directed by an means at the service department. Justin has been amazing in trying to help me and navigate the difficulty GM puts on the customer with an ongoing well documented computer issue. I had a scheduled appointment on 7/16 in which the agreed upon plan was for me to leave my truck (again) and to be placed in a rental car for a few days. Upon arrival, I was asked about this being GM warranty or extended warranty. It is extended warranty purchase from the dealership when the truck was purchased new. These problems go way back while the vehicle was under GM warranty as well. I was taken to a very nice receptionist who was going to help me get a rental car. After a few minutes I could hear her conversing with (I was later told) the owner's son-in-law. Once again it seemed as though the GM vs extended warranty would make a difference on whether or not I could get a rental car in their conversation. The receptionist looked at me for answers and I was questioned by the son-in-law about how long I would need a car, if the parts were there (not sure why I was being asked that), and his mannerism seemed as though he was too important to be bothered with something so trivial. He said he had no cars and I said that was going to be problematic because I had scheduled this and needed transportation (I live over an hour away). Agitated with my response he wanted to know who the service advisor was and he marched off as though he was going to reprimand somebody. Highly unprofessional, arrogant, and not representative of any person my wife and I have worked with at the dealership. I had even recently sent in a friend who purchased a new truck because of the excellent experiences I have had there. That image is tarnished because of my last experience there.

Justin and the service crew are top notch ! I had a problem with the trailer brake system on my 24 Duramax and they got it I right away and fixed the problem. They even squeezed in an oil change so I didn't have to drive back down in a few weeks to have it done. Great service !!!
